This on-site, customer-service taskforce is selected from our top performers and most appropriately skilled team members from within our workflow-testing group. This highly effective team takes a logical approach to conducting managed implementations of your product on-site with your customer.
Their three-phased approach begins with a pre-implementation review and the development of an implementation plan.
This fact-finding phase is followed by actual implementation -- on-site. The team will ensure the implementation goes as smoothly as possible and that all issues are addressed immediately; clearing any obstacles that may arise.
The post-implementation review and follow up defines the final stage. In the unlikely event that unforeseen issues arise, the team will review the issues and provide solutions. Continual on-site visits are performed until the customer is effectively working in their chosen software and workflow.
